Brian Williams joined the Water District staff on January 2 as an assistant manager.

Brian is a civil engineer with certifications in water, wastewater and solid waste.

He comes to the District from the City of Garland, Texas, where he worked for 17 years including 11 years in charge of wastewater treatment.
